I am a qualified personal trainer, hypnotherapist, barre instructor, and NLP practitioner which gives me the perfect combination of skills to train your body and your mind.

Barre Attack


Barre Attack is our specialty group fitness class and we are the only studio in the macedon ranges offering these amazing classes. 

These classes are a fun way to lose weight, get in shape, and increase your health and energy. 

Barre Attack is the perfect combination of cardio, Pilates, and ballet. It offers a new and innovative way to get a workout, without any running or jumping and the best workout music to really pump up your energy level. 

Group Fitness


I offer a range of Interval Group Fitness classes including Boxing, Metafit and Bootcamp.

They are all high intensity interval training classes with their own unique benefits designed to get your metabolism going and increase your fitness with a lot of variety. 

They can all be taken at your own pace and are designed for  for all fitness levels.                                      

Suitable for anyone who wants to get fit, healthy and strong.

I offer individual and small group training sessions and I tailor all our private sessions to meet your goals and abilities.                                              

My goal is to help you maximise your health, fitness and quality of life at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Conveniently located in High Street Kyneton our studio has been designed to meet your fitness needs in a beautiful location. 

We understand that it can be hard to get to classes for Mum's and Dad's with the little ones in tow, which is why we are happy to allow you to bring your kids along to class.

We have a designated area for the children to play complete with toys and books where they can still be supervised by you.
